RAC 2009 Public Transport Survey

The Royal Automobile Club of Western Australia (RAC) is holding its second public transport survey to gauge opinions and attitudes towards Perth’s public transport system. While the focus of the survey appears to be on public transport in the form of buses and trains, the opportunity is there to let the RAC know about the needs of “others”, i.e., cyclists.  I feel that the RAC needs to be reminded regularly and repeatedly that its members may choose to not only drive but also ride or take other forms of transport and that it should be working in the best interest of all its members.

Hence I do encourage all readers (members and non-members of the RAC) to complete the RAC’s survey on public transport and to let them know that cycling is a valid and viable alternate form of transport in Perth.

This survey is voluntary and completely confidential and should only take 5-10 minutes to complete. The survey will remain open until 10.00pm Monday November 2, 2009 and can be found by clicking the button below
