BikeRumors.com has flagged the release by Look of their first fixie frame, the ALP 464. The frame will be initially released into the European market. The frame adopts the geometry of the Look 496 and is an aluminium frame with a carbon aero fork and a big down tube for stiffness. The dropouts are fitted with metal reinforcements. The disappointment for me with this frame is that it is aluminium rather than steel, but on the upside it is a Look frame so maybe I will just have to get one to add to the collection.
The reported UK retail is around £650, AU$1,135.
