Well not quite invisible but as can be seen from the folks not intrusive for sure. These bikes racks are installed new Bellahøj Swimming Stadium (not in Australia 
) and you can read more about them in the source blog posting at Copenhagenize.com/. From the photo and you can see the racks are flush with the ground and in the second photo an older but similar approach in action.
Maybe okay if you have a stand on your bike, but would you be keen to hook up your nice bling roadie wheels to one of these racks? I am not sure I would be so keen. On the other hand in Perth any infrastructure is better than nothing.
