Bicycling
My interest in cycling is from three perspectives, commuting, endurance riding (Audax) and touring. I am now a regular commuter on Sir Lancelot (winter) and Froggie (summer) and I averaged 259 km a week in 2009.
My interest in touring is has now expand to both mountain bike touring as well as road touring, with my first road tourer completed in July 2009. I just don’t seem to get as many opportunities as I would like to get away touring.
I have also now completed my first Audax ride and look forward to expanding this aspect of my riding in 2010.

- Giant CRX 1 – Purchased in July 2007 from Fleet Cycles. In July 2010 this bike has been brought out of “retirement” and put back on commuter duties. A bit of trial to see if it will do the trick or whether I really “need” a drop-bar commuter.

- B0B Ibex Trailer – Purchased Purchased in February 2008 from Kalamunda Cycles – Used for on and off-road touring.
- Joe – 02 Boulder SE – Purchased from George’s Bikes in 2002, sold June 2008.
- Condor – Kojima Condor – Born from Nimm in Bicycle Network Australia – November 2007. Passed on in June 2008 as a spare parts frame to another Condor rider.
- Anon – 80′s steel framed roadie – Retrieved from a bring-out-the-dead in April 2008. Passed on in August 2009 to a good home.
