Rode with the Bike Force Fremantle Group 3s and some 3.5s this morning. Beaut day for riding and the ride was well led by Anna. We had a better mix of girls and guys this morning which probably got the testosterone levels down a touch and hence my recorded average was 28.9 km/h versus the more normal 30.9 km/h or thereabouts.

Managed to stay on the group up Mounts Bay Road which is a bonus for me and by chance, more thanks to Michael getting checked than my riding, “won” the sprint to the Tydeman Road lights. So all up a good group ride finished off with coffee at X-Rays. Nice friendly bunch out there today.
