Cycle Instead in Spring 2008

The Department for Planning and Infrastructure has announced the details of its “Cycle Instead in Spring 2008″ promotional campiagn to encourage riding to work. he 2008 spring campaign will be held from 2 September to 30 November. It will commence on Tuesday 2 September with the annual Cycle Instead Bike to Work Challenge.
